Lois I. Riggar

Lois I. Riggar, age 83, of Sebring, passed away at 7:00 PM Friday May 25, 2012 at Crandall Medical Center. She was born in Uniontown, PA on February 5, 1929 to the late John P. and Henrietta (Stickle) Cramer. Lois was a 1947 graduate of the N. Union High School, Hopwood, PA, and was an assembler at General Motors in Lordstown. She was a member of the Sebring United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Heck of Alliance, a granddaughter Kimberly (Ed) Stanley of Sebring and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mrs. Riggar is preceded in death by her husband Ivan M. Riggar whom she married on April 12, 1950 and who died December 13, 2007; a son Greg Riggar on Oct. 17, 1978; a grandson Joseph Heck on Nov. 4, 2003, 6 sisters and 8 brothers. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday May 30, 2012, at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Rev. George Schreckengost officiating. Friends may call an hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alliance Domestic Violence Shelter P.O.Box 3622 Alliance, Ohio 44601. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home. Friends may view the obituary and sign the guest register on line at www.grfuneralhome.com.
