Alice Jean (Grace) Barrick
February 7, 1931 — January 4, 2018
Alice Jean Barrick, 86 of Salem passed away at Salem Regional Medical center on Thursday, January 4, 2018. Alice was born in Salem on February 7, 1931 the daughter of the late Merle and Isabel (Marvin) Grace. She was a graduate of Leetonia High School and besides raising her family she worked as various area retail stores. Alice enjoyed playing bingo but loved to just spend time with her friends and family.
Survivors include her son Steven W. (Kimberly) Barrick of Midaway, GA, five grandchidlren; Amanda, Racheal, Melisa, Bobbie-Jo, Skyler, 16 great grandchildren and 5 great great grand children. She is also survived by two sisters, Shirley Petti of Salem, Gloriann (Marty) Martinek of Warren, a brother Fred (Jeanie) Grace and a son in law Shag Whitehair of Salem. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by 3 children; Kevin, Gayle A. Whitehair, Scotty A. Barrrick, 2 siblings Beverly and Marvin as well as a grandson Jason and great grandson Zach.
