Alma F. Flory, beloved Mother and Grandmother, 85, of Sebring, passed away on November 17, 2022. She was born in Marshall County, WV on January 19, 1937, the daughter of the late Raymond and Artie (Mackey) Wade.
Survivors include her three children: Jerry (Kathy) Flory, Barbara (Jeffery) Gossett, Debra (Peter) Carbone, six grandchildren: Jennifer (Barry) Bailey, Melody (Andrew) Perlik, Matthew Flory-Vernon, Jeffrey Gossett II, Tabitha Carbone, Todd (Hailey) Gossett, twelve great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and three brothers. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Russell A. Flory whom she married on January 23, 1955 and passed in 1983, her grandson Jason Gossett, five brothers and five sisters.
Alma was a lady of faith with a strong Christian value. She had a natural ability to share her relationship with God through the love, care, and compassion she gave to her family and friends. She spent her pastime reading the Bible and devotional stories. Alma attended the Fellowship Baptist Church in Beloit, Ohio and was a member of the Rebekah Ladies group.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 3:00 PM with Pastor Freddie Rodriguez officiating at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home in Sebring. A time of visitation will be held the hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
