Arlene was born on May 16, 1926 in Johnson City, Tennessee the daughter of the late Charles Crawford and Rose (Peterson) Lockner. Survivors include her daughter, Cindy (Tom) Cardinal of Sebring, three sons Tom (Amy) Karnofel of Stow, Dave (Brenda) Karnofel of Keller, Texas, Michael (Nancy) Karnofel of Long Beach, California; nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; and a sister Dorothy (Jerry) Williams of Boulder City, Nevada. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Michael Karnofel and only brother Charles Lockner Jr.and a sister Anne Koehler. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday February 11, 2013 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Paul Freer.
