Audrey Miller

Audrey M. Miller, 84, of Salem, died Sunday Sept. 3rd at 10:05p.m. at her home. She was born to the late Ernest and Bertha (Geis) Edstrom on May 19, 1922, she graduated from Dover High School and attended Business College in Columbus. She worked for Salem City Schools as a Secretary at the High School for 12 years, and recently she worked as a volunteer in her church office. Audrey was a member of Salem United Methodist Church where she was involved in many church activities and positions during her attendance; Audrey loved to knit and many people have lots of knitted items to show for it, she also enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. She is survived by her son Denny (Linda) Miller and two granddaughters Sara and Abby Miller of Columbiana. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband J. Robert Miller on Oct. 21, 1999. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, Sept. 9th at Brown Funeral Home in Salem with Rev. Bruce Irwin, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Clay Union Cemetery in Gnadenhutten.
