Bettey Stubbins

Bettey G. Stubbins, passed away on Sept. 13, 2007 at Salem Community Hospital after a short illness. Bettey was born on July 28, 1931 in Alliance, OH to Wilbur and Fern (Brown) Jefferys. She is survived by her husband Donald (Stubby) Stubbins and her children Peggy (Craig) Molnar and Thomas (Sandra) Stubbins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Glenn and Wilbur (Bill) Jefferys and step sister Helen Conrad. She also has a surviving sister Margie Bon and step sisters Marjorie Weaver and June Bischel. Bettey previously worked at John Liber Meats and Parkway Lanes. She enjoyed playing cards, board games and taking bus tours. Her greatest joys in life were her grandchildren, Anthony Molnar, Cora and Tommy Stubbins. Bettey was much loved by her family and will be sorely missed. Private Family services will be held with burial in Alliance City Cemetery.
