Betty Carnahan

Betty L. Carnahan, went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2011 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Betty was born on August 2, 1965 in Canton, Ohio, and graduated from Green High School in 1984; she loved country music and sitting on the porch during the warm weather people watching. Betty’s most precious thing in the world was her family; especially her granddaughter LaVaughn. Survivors include her daughters Cheryl Ward and Kathrin E. Dickson both of Alliance, her twin sister Bonnie S. Freeders of Ravenna, Evelyn L. Carnahan of Alliance, a brother Larry E. (Charity) Carnahan of Ravenna, and a sister Nancy K. Carnahan of Alliance, 2 nieces, 4 nephews, 2 grandbabies, 1 great niece, 1 great nephew and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; Larry E. Carnahan Sr. in 1997, Helen L. (Cooper) in 2002, grandparents Austin R. Carnahan in 2004, Betty L. Carnahan in 2005, an aunt Nancy Hunt in 1995 and an uncle Austin R. Carnahan Jr. in 2011. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 6-8PM. Friends may send condolences and sign the guest register online at www.grfuneralhome.com.
