Betty Denny

Betty Jane Denny, 82 of Alliance passed away at Altercare of Navarre on Saturday, November 19, 2011, she was born in Alliance on June 4, 1929 the daughter of the late Homer J. and Pauline I. (Ogden) Snyder; she was a graduate 1947 graduate of Sebring McKinley High School and worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for the former Lewis Engineering Company, she was also an assistant activities coordinator at McCrea Manor in Alliance and an Avon representative. Survivors include her daughter Janice Kay Denny of Alliance, a sister Helen V. Mudrinich of Hermitage, PA, a brother H. John (Darlayne) Snyder of Alliance and four nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Eldon Denny on September 4, 1990 and a sister Dorothy Brodzinski. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 1:00 PM with Deacon Steven Wyles officiating at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home in Sebring. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery in Sebring. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
