Bobby Hale

Bobby L. Hale Sr., age 77, of Beloit passed away at 1:30 PM, Wednesday Sept. 19, 2007 at Salem Community Hospital. He was born in Johnson City, TN on Aug. 18, 1930 to the late Algie B. and Irene (Isbelle) Hale. Bobby was a US Army veteran serving in Japan for two years, he retired from PPG as a Glazer and belonged to the Glass and Painters Union #963, the Sebring VFW, and the American Legion. He enjoyed Nascar and his hobbies included driving stock cars and motorcycle racing. He is survived by his wife, Jean (Wagner) Hale whom he married Aug. 2, 1985, three sons; James R. “Dick” (Bonnie) Hale of Myrtle Beach, SC, Lawrence (Michaela) Hale of Gerrardstown, WV, Bobby (Joanne) Hale Jr. of Greensboro, NC, a daughter Sandra (Warren) Hill of Arnold, MD, step-son, Mike Reichart of Sebring, a step-daughter-in-law Tracey Stuckey of North Canton, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother Ardale Hale of Indiana. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Alice Hale, a son Johnny Hale, a step-son Jim Reichart and a brother Cyrus. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Kruse officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00PM and 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
