Bonnie Lou Greenawalt, 58, of Lisbon passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Salem Community Hospital. Bonnie was born in Alliance on July 9, 1951 the daughter of the late Dewayne Bandy and Virginia (Ebberling) Anderson. Bonnie was employed at Groves Custom Cabinets and Marlboro Manufacturing. She enjoyed the being in the outdoors gardening, she also liked to crochet and spend time with her family especially her grandchildren. Bonnie is survived by her step father Gilbert Anderson, her husband William Greenawalt of Lisbon, a daughter Donna (Thomas) Handy of Salem, three sons Gary Shell, Brad Martin both of Lisbon and Derrick Martin of Guilford Lake. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; Ashlee Weekly, Emeral Shell, Gary Allen Jr., Aiden Handy and Delaney Martin, 5 brothers; Sonny Bandy of North Benton, Roger Bandy of Damascus, Ronnie Rogers of Alliance, Dennis Bandy of Florida, Charles Anderson of Marlboro and 2 sisters Jo Glecklar of Scio and Dela Gene Bandy. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 with Rev. Chester Bryant officiating at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 11:00 AM. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, September 28th from 2-8 PM with the family present from 6-8 PM. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park.
