Bruce Kale

Bruce E. Kale, 62 of New Waterford passed away at Essex of Salem II on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. Bruce was born in Salem, on August 27, 1949 the son of the late Forrest and Edith (Jewell) Kale. He served in the Army, and was employed at the Eljer Plumbing Plant for 32 years, Alexander’s Pest Control and Howell Monument. He was active in Mahoning County 4-H, Pony Breeders Association, and a former volunteer fire fighter with the Damascus Fire Department. He is survived by his wife Terri (McCambridge) Kale; sons, Tony H. (Ok Young) Kale of California, Andrew McCambridge of Ft. Bragg, North Carolina; daughters Teresa Kale of Salem, Lauren (Joseph) Gruber of East Palestine; 2 grandchildren; brother John “Jackie” (Deb) Kale of Berlin Center; sister Beverly Truitt of Berlin Center. Preceded by his parents, a brother Raymond on April 30, 2011 and his first wife Lisa (Yi) in October 1988. A memorial service will be held on Friday September 23, 2011 at 7 PM with Jan Douglass officiating. Friends may call from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
