Calvin "Dean" Perkins

"Together Again" Calvin Dean Perkins, 87 of Sebring, passed away at his home with his family by his side on Monday, August 13, 2012. Dean was born in Lisbon the son of the late Edward and Lizzy (Early) Perkins, he was a US Navy veteran serving as an Electrician 2nd Mate, he retired from Transue and Williams and enjoyed to go bowling and working in his Hobby Shop and keeping busy with his hands. Survivors include his daughter in law Sue Perkins of Sebring, a son Tom Young of Sebring, five grandchildren; Kim Frederick, Steve Perkins both of Sebring, Cheryl Parsons, Patty Young and Tom Young all of Alliance. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren. Dean was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Josephine (Carrozzi) Perkins in 1982, a grandson Joseph in 2005, a son Kenneth in 2008, 3 sisters and 5 brothers. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 17, 2012 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 11:00 AM with Pastor Quint Bryan officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, August 16th from 4-8PM with the family present from 6-8PM. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
