Catherine Lynn Ruehle, 62, of Sebring passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Cleveland Clinic. Catherine was born in Alliance on September 21, 1948 the daughter of the late Clark C. and Wilda Lee (Green) Harris. Catherine was a licensed Optician and was a member of the Sebring Presbyterian Church; she was in the Eastern Star and was involved in Girl Scouting, Church Youth Group, Bible school teacher and her church choir. Mrs. Ruehle will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and friend with a warm heart she was always willing to lend a helping hand; she enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, gardening and traveling with her family but most importantly spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her husband John Ruehle whom she married on December 14, 1969 of Sebring, a daughter Melanie (Eshwar) Sarma of Dover, a daughter Stephanie (Frank) Wells of Dover, a son Jeffrey (Dubravka Zeko) Ruehle of Columbus, daughter Christa (Fred) Bigham of Alliance and five grandchildren; Madelyn and Gracelin Bigham, Hannah, Connor and Emma Wells. She is also survived by a sister Martha (Randy) Todd of Sebring and two brothers; Richard (Karen) Harris of Alliance and James (Jane) Harris of Arizona. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Thomas. Services will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the Sebring Presbyterian Church at 2:00PM with Rev. Susan Curtis officiating. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 6-8PM.
