Clarence Raymond McFarland,Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Clarence Raymond McFarland Jr., who left us on March 27, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on November 15, 1965

in Salem, Ohio, Jake lived a life filled with the warmth of family and the familiarity of a small-town spirit.

Clarence, known affectionately as Jake, to those around him for his gentle nature and enduring strength, navigated life's challenges with a quiet resolve. Though he faced disabilities throughout his life, Jakes's tenacity was evident, and he will be remembered for his ability to bring light and laughter to any room. He found solace in his hometown of Salem, where simple pleasures like fishing,hunting and spending time with loved ones always brought him joy.

Jake is survived by children Michael McFarland(Amanda Strabala) Nichole (Jason) Sharp and Tiffany McFarland. His Sisters, Diana Good,Thelma (Dave) Foreman,Ella ( Ronnie) Shasteen, grandchildren Colton, Rosie, David and Cypress, who shared a special bond with him throughout their lives.

In honoring Jake's wishes, his remains will be cremated. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to reminisce and share stories about the man who touched their lives. Details of the ceremony will be announced in the coming weeks, and we invite all who knew Jake to join in remembering the love and kindness he brought into this world.

As we say goodbye to Jake we reflect on a life lived with courage and grace, and we hold dear the memories he left behind. May he rest in peace.

Jake was preceded in death by: Father, Clarence McFarland SR, Mother, Louise(Miller) McFarland and his sister Kimberly Swan.

Per Jake there will be no services at this time. Jake will be laid to rest, at a later date, with his parents.
