Connie Haynes

Connie Kay Haynes nee Henderson, 73 of Alliance left her weary body behind and took spiritual flight on February 17, 2015. Connie was born on May 31, 1941 the daughter of the late Homer and Mary Elizabeth (Edwards) Henderson she was raised in Sebring and a 1959 graduate of Sebring McKinley High School. In December 1962 she married the love of her life, Ronald Haynes; after a brief military stationing in Rome, NY they resided in Alliance. She attended Aultman School of Nursing, employed by Babcox and Wilcox (McDermott) Research Center for 25 years in the Cafeteria followed by Lowes Home Improvement as a telephone operator and customer service representative. Her family was her world and she was theirs.
She will be greatly missed by Ron, her loving and devoted husband of 53 years; a daughter Christine (Jack) Keller of Ravenna, son Scott (Stephanie) Haynes of Alliance; 3 grandchildren; Carissa and Cameron Haynes of Alliance, Joshua (Alecia Rogers) Miller of Deerfield and her 3 great grandchildren, Caiden, Elliana and Tristan Miller.
A private family funeral service will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek funeral home in Sebring on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 1:00PM with Rev. Steve Rhodes officiating.
