Donna Welch

Donna M. Welch, 57 of Salem passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at her father’s home in East Palestine. She was born in Salem on September 1, 1956 the daughter of Carl and Marjorie (Liebert) Black.
Survivors include her father Carl Black, a son Charles Andrews of Virginia, a brother John Black of Negley, two sisters Nancy Faulkner of East Palestine, and Diana Hightland of Salem. She is also survived by her step-father Wayne Miner of Salem. Besides her mother she was preceded in death by her husband Jerry F. Welch on Jan. 26, 2007.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Pastor Joseph Sheely officiating. Friends may call the hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
