Doris May Blake, 81 of Sebring passed away Friday, August 21, 2009 at Hospice House in Poland. Doris was born in Alliance on June 14, 1928 the daughter of the late Lawrence F. and Lucy (Andrew) Hoyle. A graduate of Alliance High School Class of 1946 she worked at Royal China as a decaler and retired from Modern China. She spent most of her free time reading and enjoying her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, she was looking forward to seeing her 6th great grandchild in January. Doris is survived by two daughters; Kathy (Neil) Henderson of Beloit, Linda (Dean) Berger of North Canton, a sister Joyce Courtney of Sebring, and three brothers; Roland Hoyle of West Palm Beach, FL, Gordon Hoyle of Hampton, VA and Merle Hoyle of Salem, five grandchildren; Kane (Tari) Henderson, Nichon (Jonathan) Jakuszewski, Kara (David) Hornish, Carena (Lance) Brittain, Christian Berger and 5 great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Raymond on October 6, 1986. A Memorial Services will be held at Pine Lake Christian Church on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Tom Palmer officiating. Burial will be in Quaker Hill Cemetery in Sebring.
