OBITUARY
Doris Jean Cameron

Doris Cameron,86, passed away surrounded by her family at her home on January 1 2014. Doris was born on June 9, 1927 in Alliance, Ohio the daughter of the late Robert and Gladys (Oswalt) Waffler. Doris taught Sunday school for infants to 5 year olds for 30 years at First Immanuel U.C.C. where she was a lifelong member. She enjoyed gardening, working with flowers and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband Dale Cameron who she married on February 17, 1946, son Dennis (Terree) Cameron of Homeworth and daughter Susan (Neal) Mann of Alliance, seven grandchildren Jeremy (Tawny) Cameron, Ethan (Amy) Cameron, Seth (Alishia) Cameron, Perry (Kim) Mann, Caleb Mann, Eli Mann, and Taylor Mann. Doris had 5 great-grandchildren, Tre Cameron, Kobe Cameron, Gracie Weaver, Brinley Mann and Declan Mann, her twin sister Dorothy Burkhart and sister Bernice Conrad. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Marvin Waffler.
A private family service will take place Monday January 6, 2014 officiated by Pastor Neal Mann. A memorial service will be at First Immanuel United Church of Christ, 208 East Oxford Street Alliance, Ohio on January 19 at 3 p.m. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park.
