Doris Cameron

Doris Cameron age 92, of Salem, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2008 at her home. She was born on Dec. 30, 1915 in Alliance, Ohio to John and Lula (Ray) Miller. Doris was a member of the Reading Church of the Brethren; she was a homemaker and graduate of Alliance High School and a member of the Queens of King Road. Mrs. Cameron is survived by her daughter Rita (David) Nutter of Salem; granddaughter Hillary Nutter and grandson Shawn Nutter. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Russell, Nov. 4, 2001; 4 brothers John Dewitt Miller, John Miller, Gordon Miller, Malcom Miller; and 4 sisters Olga Kinder; Ida Jackson; Alice Bandy and Jeannette Holsopple. Funeral services will be at the Reading Church of the Brethren at 11:00 AM Wednesday June 18, 2008 with Rev. Larry Bradley officiating. Interment will be in Damascus Cemetery. Friends may call at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm with the family present from 6 to 8 pm, also one hour prior to the service at the church.
