SALEM--Doris Mae (Holroyd) Primm, 82, of Lincoln Avenue, Salem, Ohio, died peacefully with her loving family at her side and went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 8, 2007, at 3:15 p.m. at Salem Hospital, donating her body to NEOUCOM College in Rootstown. Doris was born May 29, 1924, in Salem to the late George & Helen (Young) Holroyd and was married to the late Robert Galbreath. She was also preceded in death by brother Ralph âBudâ (Marilou Antone) Holroyd and sister Sara Holroyd (Dan) Gurlea. Survivors include her sister Lucille (Holroyd) Martin of Salem, two sons: Robert (Marylou Hughes) Primm of Kent and John (Maxine Gruszecki) Primm of Kensington. A granddaughter Michelle (Jason) Clemens of Hiram and their children Brianna, Hannah, Lucas, Cameron; grandson Joshua (Tina Fleury) Primm of LaPorte, IN; grandson Ben (Karen Lee) Primm of Houston, TX; grandson Doug Primm of Sebring; granddaughter Sara Primm and her daughter Izabella of Kent. Doris graduated from Salem High School (Class of 1944) where she was a member of the band, the Maids of Salem and the Rockettes. She last worked and retired from Crane Deming in Salem and was a member of Salem United Methodist Church, Salem Church of Christ and the Fox Avenue Church of Christ. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 510 Jennings Avenue in Salem, with Richard Mikes, Minister of the Fox Avenue Church of Christ presiding.
