Edna Taylor

Edna Mae Taylor age 73, of Beloit, died at 7:36 a.m., Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at Alliance Community Hospital ER. She was born in Salem, Ohio on Nov. 29, 1934, to the late Henry W. and Leona F. (Carr) Reed. Edna was a member of the Damascus Friends Church and loved being a homemaker. She is survived by her two sons James (Wendy) Taylor of Beloit and Steven (Alison) Taylor of Alliance ; her sister Mary Kosch of Salem; four grandchildren, granddaughter Brooke Taylor; grandsons Beau and Brent Taylor and Grandson Derrick Taylor. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Joel on Nov. 7, 1996, one son John Taylor; one sister Delores Stoudt and two brothers William and Donald Reed. Services will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home, Monday, April 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Steve Lowe officiating.. Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., also one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
