Edward E. Blythe, 77, of Salem passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Salem Community Hospital. Edward was born at home in Washingtonville, Ohio on December 19, 1934 the son of the late Earl and Alverta (Sheen) Blythe. He was employed and retired from the former Schnell Tool and Die later known as Salem Blanking after 25 years of service. Survivors include his loving wife Gloria (Libert) Blythe of Salem, his children; Charles Crank, Renee Solomon, Denise Glancy, Dwayne Crank, and a son from his first marriage Ray Allen Blythe, 12 grandchildren; Chuck, Skye, Stacey, Sierra, Rachel, Heather, Curt, Calli, Elliot, Shantelle, Tarik and Tristin, and 6 great grandchildren. He is also survived by 3 sisters; Nancy Nelson, June Carlisle, Marlene Chestnut and a brother Thomas Blythe. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son Curtis Crank and a sister.
