Edward "Eddie" Demes

Edward “Eddie” Joseph Demes, 82, of Salem passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Hospice House in Poland, Ohio. Eddie was born in Canfield the son of the late John and Mary (Kohler) Demes he was a US Army veteran and worked as a Tool and Die Maker fro Demes Tool and Die and General Motors for over 20 years. Survivors include his wife of 50 years Hannah J. (Garloch) Demes of Salem, a daughter Heather (Todd) Cooley of Towanda, PA, 3 grandchildren; Nicole demes, Amber Cooley and Ryan Cooley and a brother Robert “Bob” (Millie) Demes of Canfield. Services will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 1:30 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Shirley Griffin of Real Life Church officiating. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park.
