Edward Kibler, 89 of Alliance, Ohio passed away on Sunday December 2, 2012 at Community Hospice House of New Philadelphia surrounded by his loving family. Edward was born in Beloit, Ohio on July 27, 1923, the son of the late Freemont and Pearl (Rohrbaugh) Kibler. Edward was a Member of the Mile Branch Grange and the American Legion He served in the Army during World War Two. Edward worked as a machinist and truck driver at Alliance Machine and also was a full time farmer on his farm. He enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and Branson, Missouri and loved watching sports and spending time with his family. Survivors include his daughter Beverly (Rick) Estes of Alliance and granddaughter Leigh Ann (Terry) Brown of Alliance and great grandchildren Jordan and Faith Brown. Edward is also survived by his life long companion and friend Patricia McCullough and Patricia’s children whom he raised, Holly (Bobby) Church, Sandra (Marty) Kolm and Joe (Becky) McCullough; Patricia’s 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Edward was preceded in death by a brother Robert Kibler. Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 6, 2012 at 11 AM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Pastor Peter Mathewson officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday December 5, 2012 from 6 to 9 PM. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit, Ohio. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
