Elizabeth Sickle

Elizabeth E. Sickle, 101 of Beloit, passed away Monday, November 29, 2010 at her home. Elizabeth was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on October 21, 1909 the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (McClaren) Kimpton. Mrs. Sickle worked as a buyer for the McCulloch Department Store in Salem for many years; she enjoyed playing cards and quilting and attended the First Federated Church of North Jackson. Survivors include her son-in law Donald Conny of Beloit, grandchildren; Connie (Earl) Martig of Beloit, Christine Iden of Salem, Michael (Jennifer) Conny of Beloit and Lori Conny of Canton. She is also survived by a brother Archie Kimpton of Pennsylvania, 8 great grandchildren; Ryan (Jenn) Martig, Kimberly (Brett) Spencer, Ashley (Steve) Moore, Shannon Martig, Bradley Martig, Desiree Iden, Julia Conny, Rachel Conny and 2 great great grandchildren Jackson Moore and Sienna Spencer. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Oliver B. Sickle, her daughter Kay Sonagere Conny and several brothers and sisters.
