Eloise J. (Haynes) Marshall, 91, of Alliance passed away at Stone Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care on Sunday, August 30, 2020. Eloise was born on February 1, 1929 in Beloit, Ohio to the late Roy and Sarah (Gardner) Rouse. Eloise worked at Salem Community Hospital. When she wasn't working she enjoyed golfing, bowling, gardening and walking. Above all Eloise enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Eloise is survived by her daughter Donna (George) Jackson of Salem, Ohio; son Timothy W. (Nora) Haynes of Chino, CA.; stepdaughter Jodi (Jeff) Thompson of Alliance, Ohio; grandchildren Terri, Christine, Shelley, Tom, Rob, Tyler, Terry, Trevor, Sara, Alyssa and Samantha; 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wayne R. Haynes and William Marshall; daughters Nancy Votaw Lucas and Cathy Sanor.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Harshman officiating. Friends and family will be received the hour prior to the service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Beloit. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alliance Salvation Army, 57 W. Main St. Alliance, Ohio 44601. Everybody in attendance should adhere to the mandated guidelines and wear masks and appropriately social distance.
