Ethel Blake

Ethel M. Blake, 83, of Sebring passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center in Canton. Ethel was born in Canfield, OH on September 13, 1929 the daughter of the late George and Myrtle B. (McNeal) Andriotes, she was a graduate of Alliance High School class of 1948, and worked as an operator for Ohio Bell for several years. Ethel was a member of Pine Lake Christian Church and enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and especially spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband of 62 years Allen J. Blake whom she married on August 25, 1950 of Sebring, two daughters; Lynn Ann Blake and Christine Marie Blake both of Sebring and a niece Margie Hunt who she helped to raise. Family and friends will be received on Friday evening from 6 until 8 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 13th with Pastor Tom Palmer officiating. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park.
