Evangeline M. (Glass) Case

Evangeline M. Case, 102, of Copeland Oaks died on Thursday December 17, 2015 at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring. She was born in New Franklin, Ohio on February 13, 1913 to the late Lewis H. and Ruby (Heim) Glass. She was married to Ernest L. Case Sr. for 66 years until his death in 2000.

She was a former member of the Sebring United Presbyterian Church where she served in various capacities, and a member of the Union Avenue Methodist Church in Alliance. Evangeline was a graduate of Beloit High School and attended Mount Union College. She was a former member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Evangeline is survived by three daughters Carol (William) Pohl of Fort Worth, TX, Esther (Dannie) Fouts of Circleville, Frances (John) Beaty of Clinton; four sons Howard (Carolyn) Case of Sidell, LA, Evan (Phyllis) Case of Homeworth, Roland (Lori) Case of Alliance, John Case of Beavercreek; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, a son Ernest L. Case Jr. and two brothers Leland and David Glass.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Bennett Chapel at 12:00 pm with Rev. David Parry and grandson Rev. Charles Case officiating.  Family and friends may call on Monday December 21, 2015 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. A private family burial will take place in Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Union Avenue Methodist Church 1843 S.
