Fonda Tenney

Fonda L. Tenney, 79, of Alliance passed away on Tuesday evening April 12, 2011 at Community Care Center in Alliance. Fonda was born in Birch River, West Virginia on October 1, 1931 the daughter of the late Ray and Samantha Waggoner; she enjoyed cooking for friends and family and especially enjoyed being outdoors camping among the animals, and flowers. Survivors include her daughter Letha Acierni of Alliance, two sons Rodney Tenney of Alliance, Charles (Kay) Tenney of West Virginia, 8 step children, numerous grandchildren and 1 sister Edna Jackson. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ward West Tenney in 1991, 3 sisters and 1 brother. A Service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2011 at the Highland Memorial Park Chapel in Beloit at 1:00PM. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park.
