Frances M. Wagner, 86, of Sebring, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Canterbury Villa in Alliance. She was born in Macta, Algeria on October 4, 1926 the daughter of the late Antoine and Incarnation (Mugnos) Carasco. Frances was a member of the Union Avenue Church of Christ, and was a former employee of Copeland Oaks/Crandall Medical Center and Royal China in Sebring. She is survived by her husband of 40 years Warren L. Wagner of Alliance and formerly of Sebring, three daughters; Marie Wade of Beloit, Margaret Bugara of Alliance, Nancy Griffith of Bradenton, FL and two sons Eugene Wade of East Liverpool and Glenn Wade of Alliance, 13 grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters Isabelle Aznar and Helen Soler both of France. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a son James Wade, an infant daughter Mary Ann Wade, 2 grandsons Paul and Chad and a great grandson. A Private Funeral Service was held Tuesday April 16, 2013 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Kimball officiating. Burial took place in Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
