Gertrude Ranklin

Gertrude S. Ranklin, 94, of Sebring, passed away on August 23, 2013 at Crandall Medical Center. Gertrude was born on January 18, 1919 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late William and Susan (Shearer) Gollner. Survivors include her daughter, Delores Schrum of Mineral Ridge, two sons William (Julie) Ranklin of Ellsworth, George Ranklin of Youngstown; ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by two sisters Lillian Gleydura and Millie Boda and a sister-in-law Victoria Gollner. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, a grandson and two brothers. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home on Monday August 26, 2013. Friends may call the hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
