Gilbert "Lee" Riddle

Gilbert “Lee” Riddle, 63 of Beloit passed away on Friday, August 17, 2012 at the Cleveland Clinic. Lee was born in Alliance on January 16, 1949 the son of Millard C. and Margaret Jean (Anderson) Riddle; he was a graduate of Alliance High School and was a US Army veteran, he also worked at American Steel as a Lab Technician. Lee enjoyed all kinds of outdoor sports; he was a Sebring-West Branch Hot Stove Coach and had recently won the Westville Archery League Competition. Survivors include his mother Margaret of Florida, his wife June (Benner) Riddle of Beloit, a son Eric (Shelly) Riddle of Salem, a daughter Christina (Chad) Miller of New Philadelphia, 2 grandchildren Hunter and Makenna Miller and a grandchild Riddle on the way. He is also survived by a brother Alan Riddle of Florida and a sister Sandy Riddle-Wood of Sebring. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother David. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 23rd at 12:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek funeral home in Sebring. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 PM and the ½ prior to the service on Thursday. Burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.
