Glenn R. Baker, 85, of Lisbon passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Salem Regional Medical Center. Glenn was born in Elkton, Ohio on November 17, 1930, the son of the late Bill & Elsie (Woodburn) Baker. He is a US Air Force veteran, serving as a Staff Sgt. during the Korean War. A lifelong area resident, Mr. Baker worked as a draftsman for NRM, was a member of the Rogers United Methodist Church, the American Legion, the Masons and enjoyed woodworking.
Survivors include his son Brad Baker, daughter Wendy Baker and daughter-in-law Lisa Baker and two grandchildren, Greer and Ian. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Jean “Jeannie” whom he married on June 18, 1955 and died on June 1, 2001 and two brothers Bill and Raymond.
