Biography
Gloria Elaine (Pinkerton) Damron, 68 of Sebring passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at her home. Gloria was born in Alliance Ohio, the daughter of the late Allan and Melva (Park) Pinkerton. Gloria enjoyed her retirement by volunteering at the Sebring Historical Society and with Friends 4 Families. She loved sewing, genealogy, crochet, spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include two daughters Sherry Russell, Tammy Swank (Mark Grandon) both of Sebring, a brother Ronald Pinkerton of California; six grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Damron on March 15, 1976, a brother Doug Pinkerton and her good friend Mike Yoder.
A funeral service will take place at 8:00 PM on Tuesday January 13, 2015 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Ray Harris officiating.
