Glorice V. (Daryman) Iddings, 89 died on Wednesday, August 20, 2008. She was born December 4, 1918 in Sebring to Jerry and Elizabeth (Sampson) Daryman. She was a lifelong resident of Sebring, and a graduate of Sebring High School class of 1937, she attended Mt. Union College for 3 years and the Alliance Business College. Glorice was employed by the former Midland Buckeye Savings and Loan at the Alliance and Sebring branches, a former employee of Grindley Pottery, Taylorcraft in Alliance, Universal Co-Op, Royal China Pottery, Alliance Clay and Secretary at Tolertons. She was married to the late Robert L. Iddings for 43 years. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Elizabeth A. and Lynn Bristow of Streetsboro, OH, a son and daughter-in-law Rev. Robert S. and Rev. Patricia A. Iddings of Dayton, OH, four grandchildren; Michael and his wife Gloria Stanley, Michelle and her husband Thomas Pokorny, Jodi and her husband Adnan Alkhatib, and Jonathan and his wife Michelle Iddings, and seven great grandchildren; Paul and Neal Stanley, Joseph and Andrew Pokorny, Omar Torki and Jenan and Abdul Alkhatib. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sisters Ethel M. Daryman and Hannah M. Gilmore. Per her request there will be no visitation, there will be a Service of Resurrection at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 East 185 Street, Cleveland, OH 44119.
