Grace Dennis

Grace Ann Dennis 69, of Sebring passed away on Monday, October 31, 2011 at Alliance Community Hospital, she was born in Salem, Ohio on September 2, 1942 the daughter of Kenneth and Alverta (Manning) Campbell; she was a 1960 graduate of Sebring McKinley High School and the Akron Beauty School. Mrs. Dennis also worked in Account Services for the former Midland Buckeye and Sky Banks; she was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sebring and enjoyed spending her time going out to eat, and watching QVC but she especially loved her Ohio sports teams and any Sebring team her grandchildren played for. Survivors include her mother Alverta of Alliance, her husband of 48 years John R. Dennis whom she married on May 4, 1963 of Sebring, her four children; Jeffrey K. (Lisa) Dennis of Sebring, John “Brian” Dennis of Sandusky, OH, Jill Lynnette Dennis of Sebring and Rebecca Jo “Becky” (Kyle) Dennis Billingsley of Sebring. She is also survived by six grandchildren; Domonique, Cody, Lexi and Noah Dennis, Lucas and Johnny Billingsley and a sister Susan (Dave) Adair and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and a granddaughter Jasmyne Dennis and a sister Kay Royer. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 11:00AM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sebring with Rev. James Case officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, November 3rd from 6-8pm and the hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Grace’s family would like to thank Dr. Cortese and the staffs of Alliance Community Hospital’s ICU and PCU and her Doctors and staff of the Cleveland Clinic for all the wonderful and compassionate care.
