Harold D. Severance, 64 of Alliance passed away in the Alliance Community Hospital Emergency Room on Friday, July 17, 2009. Harold was born in Alliance on January 8, 1945 the son of the late George and Rachel (Miller) Severance; he lived in California from 1974 to 1979 and returned to the Alliance area in 1980. Harold is survived by his daughter Kim (Michael) Kerr of Alliance, two brothers George Severance Jr. of Riverside, California, James Severance of Oregon and a sister Gaylynn Hampton of Norco, California.
