Harvey Brooks

Harvey “Stan” Brooks, 45 of Sebring went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24, 2008. Stan was born in Canton on April 27, 1963 the son of Harold Brooks and Mary (Orr) Smalley. Mr. Brooks was employed by Star Paper Tube Company and attended the Home Mission Church. Stan enjoyed the outdoors especially fishing, hunting and camping. Stan is survived by his wife Nancy (Blake) Brooks whom he married May 15, 1982, his father Harold of Mansfield, three sons; Issac Brooks of Sebring, Jacob (Christina) Brooks of Alliance, Joshua Brooks of Sebring, six grandchildren, two brothers and four sisters. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Smalley. Services will be held at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home, Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 5:00 PM with Herbert Smith officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 3 to 5PM, burial will take place in Quaker Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
