Helen "Jackie" Fowler

Helen “Jackie” Fowler, 83, of Salem passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Essex II in Salem. Jackie was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on May 24, 1927 the daughter of the late Wilbur and Virginia (Rosta) Allison. Survivors include her three children; Beth (Earl) Tirey of North Lima, Bonnie Adams of Salem and a son Brian Fowler of Salem, she is also survived by her granddaughter Becky (Greg) Howard of Poland and her three great grandchildren; Jacob, Ethan and Morgan Howard all of Poland. Jackie was the oldest of 13 siblings she is survived by two brothers William Schukert of Gleason, TN and David M. Hull of Youngstown. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Howard “Howdy” Fowler in 1974. Per Jackie’s wishes services include cremation with a service to be held on friday,at 11AM, February 11, 2011 at the Salem Bible Church. Memorial contributions can be made in Jackie’s honor to Hospice of the Valley 5190 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44512.
