Irene Herold

Irene F. Herold, 75, of Alliance, passed away May 5, 2008 at her home. She was born in Kensington on October 25, 1932 the daughter of the late Dewey D. and Mary (Becker) Dickey. Irene graduated from Minerva High School class of 1950, she was a self employed Dairy Farmer, a member of Bethel United Church of Christ and was a former Sunday School teacher, an advisor to the Top Notch Jolly Farmers 4H Club, a member of Columbiana Cultivators Farm Bureau Council, a former member of Mile Branch Grange, and a member of the Tri-County Milk Producers Association. Survivors include; her husband Robert L. Herold whom she married February 4, 1951, three daughters; Deborah (Ronald) Schulte of Pemberville, Ohio, Diane (Allen) Hartschuh of Bloomville, Ohio, Sharon (Anthony) Jinnetti of Alliance, two sisters; Esther Barker of League City, Texas, Lucille Clark of Minerva and a brother Dwight Dickey of Pensacola, Florida. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 1 great grandson. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 1:00PM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home; friends may call at the funeral home the hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.
