Jack Blake Jr

Jack J. Blake Jr., 60, of Alliance passed away at Alliance Community Hospital on Monday, December 5, 2011. Jack was born in Alliance on May 2, 1951 the son of the late Jack J. Sr. and Ruth (Baddeley) Blake. Jack was a US Army veteran and worked at Pepper Tree Apartments in Alliance as a custodian. Survivors include his wife Darla (Hiscox) Blake, two daughters Samantha Molesky, Tammy Blake all of Alliance, a son Shawn (Charlotte) Blake of Gravette, AR, two sisters Roberta (Curt) Kidd of Beloit. Sonya (Mike) Hawkins of Culloden, WV, a brother Dwaine (Teresa) Blake of Alliance, 2 step daughters; Melissa Henry and Chelsea Henry of the home, a step son Mark Robbins of Canton, 7 grandchildren Dalton, Charlene, Thomas, Duncan, Shawnna, Cheyene, and Shawn Milo and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson Shawn and two brothers Rickey and Elijah Sr. Services will include cremation.
