Jacob D. Crewson, 25, beloved Son, Brother, and Uncle was called to his eternal resting place on March 28, 2022. He entered this world on December 6, 1996 in Indianapolis, IN, born to Robert and Jennifer Crewson. He is survived by his mother Jennifer Costello; father Robert Crewson; brother Zachary (Taylor) Crewson; sister Alyssa Crewson; nieces Vaida and Vivianna Crewson, grandmother Penny Bendetta; and grandmother Janice Crewson. He is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was proceeded in death by grandfathers Jeff Costello and Jack Crewson.
Jacob served in the United States Marine Corp from 2015 to 2019, stationed at Camp Lejeune. Jacob was a 2015 graduate of the MCCTC and Sebring High School. After serving in the Marine Corp, he went on to graduate from TDDS Technical School in Diesel Mechanics.
He loved playing baseball in the Sebring West Branch Hot Stove League from the time he was 6 all through Varsity baseball for Sebring High School.
Jacob was a member and served on the board of the American Legion Post 76, participating in the laying of the wreaths for Veterans as well as the Friday night fish fries. He was an avid golfer and member of the Berlin Lake Golf Club.
Jake had a gregarious, quick witted personality and never met someone that he would not strike up a conversation with. Jake loved his family and was always the protector, especially for his little sister Ali. Although he is no longer with us, he will always be in our hearts and minds.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 2nd at the Sebring American Legion Post 76 at 6:00PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to be made to either Danny's Cans at any Huntington National Bank or mail to Danny's Cans, 205 E.
