James D. Brown, age 64, of Sebring passed away peacefully at his home with his wife Linda by his side on Sunday, Jan.21, 2007 at 10:45 AM. He was born on April 2, 1942 in Ravenna, Ohio, and had been a life resident of the area... Jim was the son of the late Ted and Clara (Thompson) Brown. Jim was employed by Diver Steel City Auto Crushees of Youngstown, Ohio for 28 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bow shooting, bowling, sports and playing cards with his family and friends He is survived by his loving wife Linda “Eckman” of 9 years; Jim has 2 daughters Theresa of Iowa; Destiny Wilson of Alliance; one sister Sue Evanitcka of Deerfield, one niece Luann, and 3 grandsons. In addition to his parents he was preceded by a step son Wayne “Buddy” Eckman III. There will be no funeral service or calling hours. Jim’s final resting place will be at Highland Memorial Park.
