James Herman (Clapper) Clapper

James Herman Clapper, 66, of Sebring passed away on September 12, 2021 at his home. James was born on July 10, 1955 in Canton, Ohio to the late Edward and Eileen (Zwick) Clapper. James graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas and furthered his education by attending Kent State University pursing a degree in Education. He was a handy man, enjoyed the Cleveland Browns and a former member of the Alliance Jaycees.

James is survived by his friend Jennifer Morgan and children Adam Clapper and Jack Clapper. James was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Charles Clapper.
