James Larkins

James P. Larkins, 69, of Belleville, Michigan, passed away at Bortz Health Care Center on Friday, March 19, 2010 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. James was born on April 2, 1940 and graduated from Western Reserve High School in the class of 1958. Mr. Larkins was a US Army Veteran and a graduate of the Signal Corps. He retired from General Motors in Wayne, Michigan and was an active member of the VFW and Legion Posts, and the Moose Club in Ypsilanti. Survivors include, his brother in law Lloyd “Bud” (Nancy) Cobbs of Sebring, OH a niece Lori (John) Gasparik, a great niece Madison Gasparik and great nephew John Gasparik all of Alliance, OH. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sally (Cobbs) Larkins on June 10, 2002. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Grandview Cemetery in Sebring with Msgr. James Kolp officiating. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
