Jean Ann Miller, 80, of Beloit, died at her home, on Thursday, July 17, 2008. She was born in Marlboro Township, on March 8, 1928. She is a graduate of Alliance High School and an active member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Sebring. Jean was the former owner and secretary of Millerâs Flowerland in Alliance and in her spare time she enjoyed picnics at the lake, playing cards, games and shopping. Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughter Marcy (Pat) Watt of Beloit, granddaughter Kelly (Kyle) Miller and their sons JJ and Jake all of Dover, and a granddaughter Amy Watt of Beloit. She is also survived by two brothers; Edwin (Chizuko) Yost of Hawaii, Melvin (Sandy) Yost of Beloit and two sisters; Marilyn (Jack) White and Joan (Herb) Oyster both of Alliance. Jean was preceded in death by her; mother Beatrice (Linder) Yost Eaton, grandmother Della (Linder) Haydet and her husband Jerry Miller whom she married July 7th 1949 and died in January of 1999. The family would like to thank her special friends; Ana, Grete, Fr. Leo, Doris, Leo and Patty for all their kindness. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church on Monday, July 21, 2008 at 10:oo AM in Sebring with Fr. Leo Wehrlin officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park.
