Jeffrey A. Gowen

Jeffrey A Gowen, 41 of Washingtonville, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Salem Regional Medical Center. Jeffrey was born on January 21, 1975 in Alliance, Ohio the son of Barbara (Bower) Carlson and Roy and Mary Ann Gowen. Jeffrey enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and yard work, working on cars, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his children, family and friends.
Survivors include his parents; companion Julia Bennett, son Jeffrey Gowen Jr. and daughter Cierra Robson. He is also survived by Brothers Shane (Sherie) Gowen, Kevin (Jana) Gowen and John Richmond and Sisters Virginia Weekly and Kim Robson along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandparents, an infant sister and cousin.
A funeral service will take place on Monday, March 14, 2016 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 10 am with Ray Harris officiating. Friends may call Sunday March 13, 2016 from 6 to 8 and one hour before service on Monday. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park in Beloit.
