Jerry Unkefer

Jerry L .Unkefer, 71, of Sebring, passed away on Friday, January 25, 2013 at his home. Jerry was born in Paris, Ohio on February 8, 1941, the son of the late Herbert W. and Valois M. (Betz) Unkefer. Mr. Unkefer was a truck driver for Kenmore Construction and enjoyed spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife, Shelby Jean (Stanley) Unkefer and three daughters, Tracy (Roger) Rhome, Kelly (Steve) Bryte, Brenda Unkefer; four sons, Terry (Mabel) Unkefer, Wayne Unkefer, Dwain (Marie) Unkefer, Jerry (Tina) Unkefer Jr.; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Janice Unkefer. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Morris and Herbert “Chub” Jr., a daughter in law Carolyn Unkefer and a great grandson Carson Ross. Jerry’s wishes included cremation and no services. Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry’s honor to the Alliance VNA/Hospice 885 S. Sawburg Ave. Ste. 106 Alliance, OH 44601.
