John âJackâ B. Harding, 89, of Sebring, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Altercare in Alliance. Jack was born in Sebring on November 25, 1920 the son of the late Wilbur and Beulah (Young) Harding; he graduated from the Sebring High School Class of 1939 and worked as a fitter at B&W Tubular Keystone Plant. Jack was a member of Mountain of the Lord Church in Alliance; he was a WWII US Navy Veteran, and a member of the Sebring VFW Post #6730. He was and avid sports fan especially enjoying golf and bowling. Survivors include his wife Isabelle (Palermo) Harding whom he was married to for 40 years of Sebring, a daughter Kerry Minich of Sebring, a step son Gregory Byder of Mineral Ridge, three grandsons; Christopher, Anthony and Eric Minich, six great grandchildren and a sister Grace Turner of Sebring. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Betty Jane Fretage. Services will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Pastor Philip Shephard officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home the hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Park.
