John Parent

John M. Parent 44, of Canfield died Sunday evening at Essex I of Salem after a long illness. He was born August 12, 1962 to Theodore and the late Leona (Pilch) Parent of Canfield. John was Catholic by faith and served in the US Army for three years, he has lived in the area for the last ten years moving from Arizona. Besides his Father he is survived by his two brothers Andrew (Rosalynd) Parent of Canfield and David Parent of Youngstown, two sisters Anna Marie (Barry) Ottney of Howland and Barbara Parent of Boston, two nieces and two nephews. John was preceded in death by his Mother in 1999. Private family services will be held.
